Back home

Another summer ends, now it's time to get back home and get back to our lives. But what would be summer without long dresses?

DIY: Rolling Stones fringed t-shirt

First of all, I'm veeeeeeeeeeeeery sorry about the quality of the photos. I couldn't find my camera and I had to use my laptop camera, which is not very good, but anyways the important thing is the result :)
Lo primero de todo, siento muchíiiiiiiiiiiisimo la mala caldidad de las fotos. No encontraba mi cámara y tuve que usar la del portátil, que no es muy buena, pero de todas formas lo importante es el resultado :)

 What you want to do is take a t-shirt with the famous Rolling Stones tongue on it. If you can't find one of them, you'll need a regular t-shirt and a special paper for t-shirts. What you have to do is print the tongue on that paper and then iron the paper onto the t-shirt and you'll be left with the tongue on the t-shirt
Now what you want to do is to fringe it, so you're gonna start cutting by halfs. This is the best way to create fringe, at least for me, so you're gonna split your t-shirt in half and you'll be left with to parts, now you split each part in two and blah blah blah:)

Lo que necesitas es una camiseta con la famosa lengua de los Rolling Stones. Si no puedes encontrar una, necesitarás una camiseta normal y papel especial para hacer camisetas. Imprime la lengua en el papel y plancha el papel encima de la camiseta y tendrás ya tu camiseta con lengua
Ahora lo que vamos a hacer son los flegos, así que vamos a empezar a cortar en mitades. Esta es la mejor manera para hacer flecos iguales, al menos para mí, así que vamos a cortar nuestra camiseta por la mitad y nos quedarán dos mitades, ahora cortamos cada una en dos y blah blah blah :)


Now you want to fix the fringe by pulling them a little bit and if you want you can tie them at the end and cut the ends, which is what I did, but not in the photo that I'm going to show you :)
Ahora vamos a arreglar los flecos tirando un poquito de ellos , si quieres puedes atarlos al final y cortar las costuras, que es lo que yo hice, pero no en la foto que voy a enseñaros :)

Today was a very relaxed day. I didn't have to study and I was kind of feeling like giving myself a free afternoon, so I decided to do some things that I usually don't have time to do
Hoy ha sido un día muy relajado. No tenía que estudiar y me sentía como si quisiese darme a mi misma una tarde de descanso, así que decidí hacer algunas cosas para las que normalmente no tengo tiempo.

Italy, day 4

Day number 4 in Italy! That day was kind of relaxed, and that was great, because we had been travelling  A LOT every day, and no sleeping at night, so imagine, we were like ''oh, do we really have to walk again?!''
My camera run out of battery, so I could only take a few photos, and anyways I don't want you to get tired of ancien ruines photos;) Oh and by the way, we just went sightseen in Florence:)
Día número 4 en Italia!Ese día fue bastante relajado, lo que fue genial, porque habíamos viajado MUCHO todos los días y no dormíamos por la noche, así que imaginaos, estábamos siempre diciendo ''Oh, de verdad tenemos que volver a caminar?!''
Mi cámara se quedó sin batería, así que no pude hacer muchas fotos, y de todas formas no quiero cansaros con fotos de ruinas antiguas ;) Ah y por cierto, simplemente hicimos turismo por Florencia :)

Italy! Day 3

Hi! Today I'm going to share with you day 3 of my trip. On the 3rd day we really didn't see a lot of things, we had a lot of places to visit and we couldn't stay much time on they, we spent a lot of time at the bus and blah blah blah. Much sleeping, that describes that day!
But we had the chance to visit Padua, Pissa and we arrived to Florence
Hola! Hoy voy a compartir con vosotros el día 3 de mi viaje. En el tercer día realmente no vimos muchas cosas, teníamos un montón de sitios que visitar y no nos pudimos quedar mucho tiempo en ellos, pasamos mucho tiempo en el bus y blah blah blah. Mucho dormir, eso describe ese día!
Pero tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar Padua, Pissa y llegamos a Florencia.

Italy, days 1 and 2.

The first thing we did when we arrived to the Milan airport was took a bus since we arrived to Verona. It was 2 am when we got there and I was very tired and there was no light, so I just could take a picture of our hotel room. Of course the hotels weren’t very luxury, cause’ it was a scholar trip.  

Lo primero que hicimos cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Milán fue coger un bus hasta que llegamos a Verona. Eran las dos de la mañana cuando llegamos ahí y estaba muy cansada y no había luz, así que sólo pude hacer una foto de la habitación del hotel. Por supuesto los hoteles no eran muy lujosos, porque era un viaje escolar.

The second day we took a bus and then a vaporetto till we got to Venice. I have been there before, but I didn’t remember it was such a beautiful place! We saw the monuments, ate some ice-cream, fed the pigeons and bought some masks. Oh and of course rode on gondola! If you have never gone to Venice, don’t wait anymore, it’s one of the most beautiful cities I have ever gone.

 El segundo día cogimos un autobús y luego un vaporetto hasta que llegamos a Venecia. Yo ya había estado ahí antes, pero no recordaba que fuese tan bonito! Vimos los monumentos, comimos helado, dimos de comer a las palomas y nos compramos unas máscaras. Ah! Y por supuesto montamos en góndola! Si nunca has estado en Venecia, no esperes más, es una de las ciudades más bonitas a las que he ido jamás.

We also went to the murano cristal factory, and guys it was AMAZING, it’s incredible how fast work, but how well too. We had the oportunity to see how they did one piece , you can see here the video:

También fuimos a la fábrica de cristal murano, y chicos es una PASADA, es increíble lo rápido que trabajan, pero también lo bien que lo hacen. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver como hicieron una pieza , os dejo aquí el vídeo :

This is the outfit that I wore that day. It’s a simple and comfortable outfit because we had to walk a lot.
